Billy Graham's Prayer For Our Nation

THIS MAN SURE HAS A GOOD VIEW OF WHAT'S HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY! 

'Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.  We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done.  We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare..  We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.  We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.  We have abused power and called it politics.. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.  We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.  We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.  Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and Set us free. Amen!' 

Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, 'The Rest of the Story,' and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired. With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called 'One nation under God..'

We are getting alot of prayers for healing physical, spiritual and emotional please join with us in these healings.  We are also getting a lot of prayers for work for many have lst jobs in these bad times.

 

Lets continue to pray for America as it is loosing the fight against the the darkness that is attacking this land.

 

We need to continue to pray for India, Africa, Pakistan and many other areas that are being beaten down by dark arts, satan worshp, false doctrines, lies that are keeping nations away from the one true God, we need to pray for all these areas, we as Christians must come together in prayer that the Lord will protect all His children and continue to rise up those that will go up against these false teachers and religions. 

We need to pray for the widows and orphans and those that take care of them that they will have the resources to continue in helping these peopl. 

We need to pray for those missionaries and those pastors and ministers that are fighting financial stress to bring the Gospel to poor countries, we need to pray for them for all the resources they need to bring the Word to the lost no matter where they are and that they can build shelters and places of worship for all the people to be out of the elements to give God praise. I get many prayers of this type so lets pray for these people in ministry amen!

We continue in getting a lot of prayer requests but these are mostly quiet prayers so please continue to pray also for the silent ones..

 

Lets continue to pray for those in Iraq for their safety and return home soon, lets also pray for our government that they do the right thing to bring them home once the job is done.

 

Lets also pray for a REVIVAL yes a REVIVAL  remember those days when we would have many Evangelists out there preaching God's Word in truth and not worrying who heard them, Tent Meeting were everywhere, I think we need to bring them back, in fact in the spring of 2010 I would like to have volunteers to join me in doing a Tent Meeting here in Northeastern PA., if you are interested please use the Contact Us Page and let me know.

If you have been on this page before you will no longer see some prayers as these all have been answered by our precious Lord and that means they are completed.

I have been hearing from many that thier stress has been relieved by answered prayers but I am still hearing of a lot of financial issues across the globe, lets all come together and pray that our Great and Glorious God will hear the cries and prayers of many brothers and sisters that are hurting and are in need of a financial break-through, with all the flooding, fires and earthquakes the divastation is larger then us but not for our Lord, lets pray for the month and lets declare this month Freedom Month from Stress in all our lives.
